Description
My client, a large organisation with a £7billion cost base, is seeking a Cost Transformation Lead to help them achieve significant overall savings target for the forthcoming financial year.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify a pipeline of cost saving initiatives across the business; Finance, Operations and Commercial
- Identify potential areas of revenue leakage
- Engaging with stakeholders in all areas of the business up to exec level, to map processes and identify potential improvements
- Collate and analyse date in order to develop business cases for transformation initiatives
- Implement new processes and controls to help achieve stringent savings target
Essential Experience
- An impeccable record in delivery cost reduction projects
- Experience conducting activity value analysis
- Process mapping and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
- Educated to degree level, an MBA is desirable
- Experience of implementing improvements across Commercial, Operational and Financial processes
- The ability to change and influence stakeholders at all levels
