Description
Harvey Nash's private sector client based in Greenock is looking for a Finance Assistant to join them on an initial 6-month contract. You will be responsible for progressing invoices, daily banking, payment of multi-currency claims and Customer service, dealing with internal and external calls.
Experience:
- Experience in financial environment (advantageous)
- Experience of working in a Contact Centre environment.
- Ability to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Oracle GL and AP systems (advantageous)
Essential Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external clients.
- Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems.
- Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements.
