We are looking for a strong technical BA, with project management skills, to work on iLog projects.
Primary project will be SIP Endpoint requirements for iLog. Resource will be required to have a deep
understanding of the project requirements and timelines from an iLog perspective, and interface with
the SIP Endpoint program team to ensure that requirements are met and appropriately roadmapped.
Analysis and management of other iLog projects may be added during the project.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Work closely with the iLog and CCTech program and delivery teams to ensure that iLog requirements
for SIP Endpoint are understood, met and appropriately roadmapped
Work closely with the iLog program and delivery teams to ensure that iLog requirements for other
identified iLog projects are understood, met and appropriately roadmapped
Understanding functional and technical changes associated with the identified iLog projects
Partner with the iLog business owners to understand functional and technical changes associated
with the identified iLog projects
Acting as an escalation point for iLog issues relating to SIP Endpoint and other identified iLog
projects, and ensuring that issues are understood and resolved in a timely manner
Previous experience with iLog would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent soft skills and relationship building skills are a must
