For our life-science client we are looking for a:Customs and Trade Manager
Location: Basel, Switzerland
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 5 months + possible extension

o Special Procedures (bonded WH; duty suspensions, etc.)
o Duty/Tax Payments
o Certifications (e.g. AEO; CTPAT)
o Post Entry Audit
o Export Control (embargo; sanctions; dual use goods)
o Performance Management Execution
Main responsabilities:
o Manage global trade compliance programs, monitor using internal controls, assess whether the re-audit on high risk countries are necessary. Ensure the corrective actions and recommendations are monitored and closed; the status report of the project is up-to-date; and the closure of the implementation is performed
o Understand the customs and trade issues within the program assessment in the country, provide executive summary to the Global head CTC and communicate closely with Local Customs and Trade Compliance responsible in order to solve the issue accordingly
