Description

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager who will look after new development projects. Our client develops critical care Medical Devices such as oxygenation and ventilation systems. These systems are "smart devices" in such use embedded software feature to provide real-time feedback so that the most fragile patients that include adults, paediatric and neonatal population receive the best support for their lungs.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development of innovative medical products from the first idea to the market launch.
  • Accountable for the successful completion of assigned development projects according to assigned timelines and budgets
  • Maintaining effective communication with project team through oral and written correspondence, project status reports, and monthly progress reports, and ensuring adequate documentation of each communication
  • Participate in research where you will scan and evaluate existing and up and coming new technologies
  • Work closely with internal and external partners so all parties are well versed and prepped on project goals including providing quality products by adhering to cost and deadlines.
  • Responsible for the documentation and reports.


Requirements:
  • A BSc or MSc in Engineering or other Life Science discipline; preferably in the field of biomedical engineering
  • Experience in Medical Device industry with familiarity of developing technical products according to both US and EU regulations
  • Experience in Project Management; certification in the same will be considered an asset.
  • Great communication, organisation and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
