Description
Expected deliverables:
Engage with privileged access teams to capture and document use cases, special requirements, regional requirements etc.
Build out the roll out plan, agree go live dates, and manage the overall onboarding process end to end.
Produce documentation for use cases, process change, user journeys, business workflows etc.
Produce training material (using various media channels) and host and lead training sessions.
Support the global Delivery Manager in creation of governance materials in a timely manner ensuring the project moves forward quickly.
Host regular meetings with privileged user teams across the globe to communicate onboarding schedule, go live plan, post live follow up etc.
Hold working group meetings, and participate in project committee meetings as and when required.
Provide weekly updates to the Global Delivery Manager as well as reporting on onboarding KPI's, risks and issues etc.
