Influencer Strategy Manager

Role: Influencer Strategy Manager (Talent)
Location: London
Start Date: Immediate

My exclusive, global media client is seeking the services of an experienced Influencer Manager to join them on a freelance basis. Contributing significantly to the Influencer (Talent) strategy, the successful Manager will enjoy working with an established, global brand on exciting Influencer campaigns and content projects.

Role & Responsibilities

*Continuously identify and develop opportunities for talent related activity and influencer-focused content through creative campaigns and strategic talent selection
*Regularly produce and deliver presentations for internal campaigns with strategic talent and influencers
*Develop an understanding of franchise and regional priorities to find efficiencies and talent centric opportunities
*Work closely with local team to optimise talent selection for regional campaigns and internal initiatives
*Develop and sustain new talent led retail and product initiatives, bringing incremental revenue and marketing value to the company
*Maintain an understanding of approved analytic tools and policy on Influencer us and compliance
*Act as a support and consultation resource to the wider business
*On-going validation of Influencer/Talent lists
*Deliver presentations for 3rd party campaigns using strategic talent for influencer marketing
*Use and consolidate data from relevant analytics tools to develop future strategies and campaigns
*Identify new strategic talent aligned to brand values and strategy
*Work with Influencer counterparts in each market to understand talent activities and priorities

Candidate Criteria

*2-3 years of relevant experience working in Influencer Marketing and Talent strategy
*Understanding and expertise with all social media platforms and Influencer/Talent search tools
*Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, on multiple concurrent projects
*Ability to develop strong working relationship with leaders, peers and internal stakeholders
*Ability to operate in highly matrixed, large complex organisation with multiple franchises and business priorities
*Proven ability to support and interact with C-Suite stakeholders
*Excellent presentation skills
*Strong working knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint
