Description
Case Handler
A Case Handler is urgently required to join the Mortgages Collections & Recoveries team within a Tier 1 Bank. This is for a three month rolling contract to build relationships with the Bank's customers who are specifically in arrears, investigate why they've remained in this position, and try to provide a resolution.
This is part of a wider project to streamline the Mortgages Collections & Recoveries process.
Key Skills:
- Mortgages knowledge and experience - CMAP qualification (nice to have)
- Collections & Recoveries experience
- Background in Retail Banking
- Experience communicating with customers over the phone, email, letters
