Description
One of my clients based in Copenhagen is currently looking for an IT Project Manager (English +Danish or Swedish) to join them in October for an initial contract until end of March 2019.
Scope of the project:
A IT Project Manager is needed to drive the development and implementation of a IT project in XX. The project will have several dependencies to other IT projects as well as other business projects. The IT Project manager will need to manage the pre-defined budget and plan as well as priorities of the project defined by executive leadership and business stakeholders. Business related change management and roll-out is primarily expected to be led by the Business Project Manager but all participants in the project needs to work in a tight team. Scope for the project is primarily XX operations in DK but the solution must be general so it can be used by all Nordic countries, meaning stakeholders and requirements from the other countries needs to be handled.
Requirements:
- That the project is completed according to plan with no Rest Lists and that it sticks to the budget.
- That the project is prepared according to XX specification and is pushed through all the correct approving instances according to company policy.
- That correct IT leadership approval is obtained according to protocol and any other company approvals are obtained following company policy.
- That all resource usage is tracked external and internal according to given policies and methods.
- That reporting is performed according to agreement.
- That the project from a IT perspective delivers according to plan and scope.
- That project reporting is strictly followed and the communication adheres to the agreed communication plan.
Skills:
- The person should preferably have a University degree
- at least 5 years of successful project leadership experience and acquired some project leadership certifications.
- The candidate must have excellent communications skills and will be required to successfully engage with different directors, executives and upper management.
- Previous experience of App Development and roll-outs internally in large companies or organization over several countries is preferred.
- The person needs to be fully adapt in Agile Methodologies and experienced in managing hybrid projects in correlation with Prince2.
- A full understanding of services available in the O365 suite is essential.
