Relevant Experience: 5 years
Education: Bachelors Degree, Masters degree a plus
.Lead a global team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions.
.Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements.
.Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.
.Architect and document design of Salesforce solutions.
.Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
.Work with business and IT leaders to educate users on usingSalesforce.com.
.Provide technical expertise with Salesforce.
.Provide industry experiences to help improve Salesforce solutions.
.Help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise.
Required Skills & Experience
.BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering - or equivalent work experience.
.5+ years of relevant IT experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud,Force.com.
.Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX Java class/coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
.Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering
.Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
.Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce
.Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
.Understanding of key concepts of user centered design and design thinking
.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
.Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
.Experience mentoring and coaching others
.Desire to learn new things
.Great teamwork and collaboration skills
