Description
We are looking for a Credit Process Project Manager based in Stockholm for the leading Nordic Banking Institution.
The Credit Process Project manager will be working within the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) project to deliver improvements in connection to the European Central Bank (ECB) guidance on NPL. This includes changes to the forbearance process in several IT solutions, the business process and policies. Reporting into the Programme Manager for NPL, the Credit Process Project Manager will be working together with the IT project manager who will coordinate development activities.
The Credit Process Project Manager must have demonstratable knowledge around:
- Coordination/dependency management
- Credit processes, non-performing loans and forbearance.
- Data and reporting processes
Deliverables:
- Help Support the investigation around the as-is state of business processes and IT solutions.
- Lead the design of forbearance process and updates to IT solutions
- Coordinate credit Framework and policy updates
- Coordinate user training activities
- Follow up and coordinate with related project work streams
