iKas International are currently recruiting for a Fund Integration Specialist on behalf of an industry renowned, market leading investment bank who are looking to grow out legal team. Sitting within one of the banks most business critical areas, this is an opportunity for an accomplished Fund Integration Specialist who can help support the business to advise on legal matters pertaining to project management and delegated negotiations of all legal agreements with a Fund to enable the Fund to execute ahead of Fund launch.
You will be joining an ever growing team delegating authority, manage the negotiation of fund documentation and documentation to support trading with Prime Broker agreements, ISDA agreements and broker agreements.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering within an investment bank preferably in prime brokerage managing accounts of fund-structuring. You will attain legal qualifications and will have outstanding knowledge of fund documentation. You must have an understanding of the laws and regulations of financial services in particular STFR, UCITS, CASS, EMIR MiFID II.
Excellent Understanding of:
- 5+ years Fund Integration
- Must have experience in a top tier investment bank or top tier law firm
- Attain legal qualifications or senior documentation specialist
- Outstanding knowledge of Prime Broker agreements/ISDA agreements/Broker agreements
- Understanding of the laws and regulations of financial services (STFR, UCITS, CASS, AMIR, MIFID II)
- Strong analysis skills, the skill to resolve complex problems and posit pragmatic solutions
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
- Ability to lead discussions to a conclusion
