Based in Barcelona, Spain, our Global client requires a European Disaster Recovery Infrastructure Project Manager to set up a Disaster Recovery for our client's European E-commerce environment. Infrastructure Project Managers wishing to apply must have a good understanding of On-Premise Web Applications, as well as Active Directory, Windows and SQL Server and in particular how these technologies interact with each other? Also required is experience of Veeam Replication .The primary focus of the role will be to co-ordinate various projects at a high level and to ensure that all milestones are met and to also co-ordinate the building of the infrastructure (the environment is not yet built). Using the Prince 2 methodology, The Disaster Recovery Infrastructure Project Manager will also be responsible for managing the transfer of all applications and also coordinating all documentation. The Disaster Recovery Project Manager will NOT be required to do any of the technical work themselves but to make sure that they communicate with all parties and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.
