Our client, a leading UK based banking group are looking for a Colleague Research Engagement Lead to join their team on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working on large colleague transformation programmes, the following skill set is also required:
* Experience setting up, rolling out collaboration/information sharing tools such as Jive
* Customer research techniques
* Able to design high quality outputs for consideration at a groupwide and exec level
* Experience of Agile change or process improvement delivery
* Able to design and lead training
