Description
My leading investment banking organisation is looking to bring on a collateral documentation analyst to join an operations team.
Candidates must have:
- Thorough knowledge of Master and Collateral Documentation to support Cleared, Non Cleared OTC, Repo, Sec Finance, Special Purpose Vehicles
- Strong experience within collateral margining
- Good understanding of operational and control considerations in maintaining and attesting to golden source data quality
- Strong approach to risk management and control
- Understanding of a CSA, ISDA, GMRA documents
- Strong knowledge of OTC products differentials
- Strong understanding of documentation life cycle management
- Good understanding of CASS implications
