SALES MANAGER
LOCATION - North West (flexible)
SALARY - £35K + depending on experience (OTE £50K)
My client are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager with knowledge/experience of the Lift/Disabled Access industry.
This is a 12 month contract initially with an opportunity to renew at term.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Deliver on-target monthly sales at target margin
- Deliver annual target market &/or market share growth for the territory
- Understand and adhere to the sales management process
- Participate proactively in region strategy, planning and review discussions
- Develop and implement a territory Sales strategy and tactical plan aligned to the regional business plan
Candidate must
- Be able to communicate well with both private and public sector.
- Have industry knowledge
- Be able to understand CAD drawings
- Have clean UK driving licence
- Be willing to travel and stay away overnight if necessary
- Be motivated to develop a sales team
- Have a positive attitude
Experience in project management would be an advantage but a willingness to learn and grow will be welcomed.
