Summary:
This position is with a global E-commerce company where you will be responsible for the managing stakeholder communication and expectations, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders for any key initiatives and the delivery of the Display campaigns.
You will be the main point of contact for all the operations questions, liaising with Creative/Product teams, acting as a "project manager" and ensuring a smooth campaign execution.
Essential Experience:
- Experience with Internet marketing and the delivery of display campaigns/projects.
- Experience with managing/collaborating with Stakeholders, agencies and cross-functional teams
- Good technical skills, which includes being able to track, report and troubleshoot issues
- Project/campaign management is highly advantageous
Primary responsibilities:
- Be a SME of our traffic tools and workflow
- Work as the main Point of Contact with the local business teams
- Manage stakeholder communication/expectations and create strong partnerships with the Regions, Marketing, Legal, Agencies and other key partners
- Provide support with Tracking, Reporting and Troubleshooting.
- Assist Product and Business in driving thought experiments, testing ideas/hypotheses quickly and coming to the right conclusions - including cross-channel initiatives.
