Job Description:
It is valuable that the candidate has experience leading CRM projects: Call Center, Helpdesk. Experience in managing teams with multiple vendors, onsite and remote resources, and systems integration.
- Need an experienced Sr. PM to manage the Salesforce integration with telephony for the contact center--project revolves around customer care via the phone
- Will help by being the liaison between the Salesforce vendor, the Telephony vendor (Enghouse) and client-will manage timelines and make sure project stays on task and schedule as the GoLive date is in April-if it doesn't happen it will have to extend to the following October and that would be bad for the business
- Excellent reporting skills to executive level management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have some sort of CRM service implementation, customer care or customer relationship project experience
- Someone with experience working on business type projects
- Would like someone with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Good MS experience for tracking time and schedules-excel
