Scrum Master
Scrum Master urgently needed for a long term contract in Eindhoven, Netherlands
Skills required
- 4-5 years experience
- Need to have worked in a distributed agile team - experience in at least 2 different locations (countries).
- Experience with a mix of on-shore and off-shore teams.
- The Scrum Master should be able to assess the current way of working, identify what works well and what can be improved, and use his/her experience to direct the team to a new way of working.
- It's important to be able to influence and motivate people, we're not looking for somebody who's only able to tell how Scrum works based on theory.
- Strong preference for a candidate who has experience with a mix of on-shore and off-shore teams.
- Languages: English (written and verbal must be good), Dutch (nice to have)
