Management Accountant (CIMA)/West London/Up to £175 per day
Management Accountant (Part Qualified: CIMA) wanted by one of the world's leading and most recognised FMCG organisations based in West London.
Management Accountant (Part Qualified: CIMA) will be working for an organisation that prides itself on hiring talented Part Qualified Management Accountants and supporting them in their journey to becoming fully qualified whilst also providing them with unrivalled exposure to a large scale, multi-national, complex and challenging manufacturing environment.
Management Accountant (Part Qualified: CIMA) will be providing month end and management accounting support to this multibillion £ multi nationals manufacturing sites that produce billions of units each and every year.
Management Accountant (Part Qualified: CIMA) has traditionally had a high turnover in the team which in other environments may appear to be a negative. However, in this team it's viewed as a huge positive. This is due to the fact team members are expected to advance their career within the business to more senior roles within 1 year.
The Management Accountant team leaders remit is to ensure on time and accurate delivery of activities along with supporting their team members in advancing their skill set and helping them progress their career within this client. As such, they will support you in which ever career path you wish to take within the business which as traditional been a split between Project Accounting, Management Accountancy or Financial Analysis.
The Management Account anting team is the epitome of collaboration. You will not be isolated to carry out your duties along, everyone pits in together to ensure deadlines are met. You will be provided with support, tools and exposure from day one to become a skilled and successful professional.
KEY SKILLS
Studying CIMA (at least part qualified) or graduate with a 1st in a Maths/Accounting based area of study
Exposure to/knowledge of Month End
Able to effectively manage time against agreed deadlines for activities.
Advanced Excel (able to work with and manipulate large sets of data)
Good communicator, confident in interacting with all levels of individuals across a variety of internal functions (finance and non-finance) and customer groups
Flexibility and can do' attitude, drive to ensure that task is achieved
Team working skills are paramount in enabling the jobholder to function effectively, to provide and receive support within small team of colleagues.
Self-aware, able to identify areas for improvement or when you need support to complete a task
This is a Management Accounting (Part Qualified: CIMA) role based in West London.
I MUST stress. In order to be considered for this role you must have advanced Excel along with knowledge of management accounting activities (month end)
Candidates also MUST be studying CIMA (at least part qualified) or graduate with a 1st in a Maths/Accounting based area of study
