We are currently looking for IT Delivery Model Specialist.
Job Description:
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in agile software development with responsibility as scrum master/agile coach, tech lead or project/program manager
- Practical experience with implementing of new delivery methods and DevOps practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean startup, CI/CD pipeline etc)
- Some tooling experience within CI/CD pipeline and/or Project and Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Good communication skills - verbal and written - with the ability to collaborate well in a team and across organizations.
- Experience guiding and training teams, building culture for change
- Passion for modern agile principles, user-first mindset and lean leadership principles
- Automation experience in build, test, configuration and deployment in complex environments
- Experience with innovation methods and product ownership is an advantage

- Location: Oslo, Norway
- Duration: 6 months + possible extension
- Language requirement: English (mandatory), Scandinavian languages is a plus
