International Risk Analyst - 7 Month Contract Maternity Leave Cover (m/f)

Main tasks:
  • The Information Risk Analyst role will directly support the Switzerland business with responsibility for oversight of the information risk control environment, managing the Logical Access Management (LAM) project and operation and the Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) platform, influencing/driving associated remediation programmes including adherence to the Group IRM Policy and Control Framework and providing advice/challenge to the business in respect of tactical solutions and strategic programmes
  • To support the global W&IM activities (UK, Switzerland, Monaco, Dubai, Hong-Kong, Singapore), in all areas of Logical Access Management, including SOX, MAS and FINMA compliance
  • Logical Access Management (LAM)
  • The role will also be required to respond to ad-hoc requests from the Global Wealth IRM team in response to internal / external audit demands
  • Investigating alerts, working with local management, HR and other key stakeholders as appropriate
  • Incident Management
  • Provide general advice and guidance around data loss prevention, including remediation of process issues as identified through monitoring alerts
  • Provide information risk advice and direction to strategic projects and business initiatives as required, including Information Risk sign-off as part of the New Product Approval process
  • Research new legal and regulatory requirements impacting IRM, and share findings to ensure compliance with final rules
  • Ensure that there are appropriate local procedures / standards for Business Unit requirements to include Records identification, retrieval, destruction and disposal hold processes
  • Records management
  • Ensure that appropriate controls are implemented in order to protect records, taking into account the likelihood and consequence of the risks, and risk appetite of the Business Unit
  • Key Risk Assessments and Reporting
  • Manage recertification processes for SOX, MAS and FINMA and Business Critical applications - all users on any in scope application has to be confirmed that access is required and their levels of access are correct


Main qualifications
  • Fluent English (other European languages a plus)
  • Ideally educated to a degree level or above in Risk or Information Risk related discpline (s)
  • CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO27001, or equivilent preferred
  • Risk management experience or financial/regulatory risk experience ideal
