IT Risk Analyst
6 months daily rate contract
Galway Office
A global financial client based in Galway are looking for an IT Risk Analyst on a 6 month daily rate contract to Drive the risk reporting for the Head Office Risk, Audit, and Compliance Committee, this role will ensure reports are completed to a high standard in tight deadlines to present to Regional Heads of IT and to will help to drive the use of data analytics across the broader EMEA audit team.
What you need:
- 5+ years risk management experience with an excellent understanding of operational risk and control frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to organise structured, well-documented and auditable risk management processes working with and delivering to multiple stakeholders
- The confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills are essential as the role involves liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders in different functions across the Company
- Strong judgement to challenge business decisions where appropriate
- A key imperative of this role is time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to be flexible and work in a high pressure environment
- A background in IT process design and documentation
- Experience with analytical software (Excel, Access, VBA)
This role is based on site in Galway and does not provide sponsorship candidates must have an EU passport or a stamp 4 visa
