Beschreibung:
• Create strategy and corresponding concepts for international workplace transformation programs,
• Currently with an Excel file, where all received data on Workplace Services, contracts and projects are consolidated. There are already existed PPT files ("Welcome Call")
• Manage Stakeholders & OE Relationships at senior level. Management + OE Relationships regarding the exchange of information and the collection of data for the inclusion of the current state, as well as clarification of the relevance of unified Workplace Services, implementation of the consolidation.
• Provide guidance on strategic & tactical topics as well as specific operational challenges.
• Tactical Topics: Recording the actual state, comparison and consolidation
• Operational Challenges: Pick up the individual OEs to obtain necessary information / data and to ensure that the relevance of the transformation arrives there / is carried out there
