Communications Analysts/Copywriters - Life and Pensions, Customer Comms,contract
Our Edinburgh & Bristol based Financial Services client have just released 4 contract vacancies for Communications Analysts/Copywriters to work on the creation of Customer Outputs relating to Operational Change. Those contract roles are for initial 6 months with daily rates up to £430.
Please note this role is NOT focused on marketing, sales, or new product development communications.
Driven by a number of IT Platform related changes, these contract roles will be joining an already existing team of Communication and Customer Development Outputs professionals. You will deliver customer centric, operations related correspondence for longstanding customers as a part of a wider team, ensuring a consistent message is delivered across different brands.
To be successful in this role and requirement, our client is looking for candidates with the following knowledge and experience;
*Previous experience working as a Communications Analyst/Copywriter within another large
Financial Service client - essential
*Knowledge of Life and Pensions products is highly desirable
*Demonstrable knowledge & experience around the development of External/Customer
communications
*Ability to use consistent and modern language with suitable tone of voice
*Logical and Analytical mindset and great attention to detail
*Excellent planning & co-ordination skills
*Excellent Stakeholder engagement & management skills
