We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join a blue chip organization in Brussels.
Manage programs in the security area:
-To reduce the number of accidents in the company
-To increase security in the operations.
-Develop the Security Culture in the company
-Manage the stakeholders and the communication.
Skills
*Experience in project that includes Cultural Changes (10 years +)
*Experience in the realization of Security projects.
*Experience in Belgium
*Proactive personality
*Strong communication skills, with ability to liaise with various stakeholders and explain complex solutions in clear and concise language.
*Successful candidate will be able to speak French, Dutch and English
