Description
Interim Contract Manager (Band 8b) - 3 months - NHS - Gillingham - £300 a day (inside IR35)
You will support the management and performance of the acute contract with CCGs, NHS England and other commissioners. You will be developing close internal working relationships with trust finance, informatics and directorate colleagues and externally with commissioners including NHS England, Clinical Commissioning Groups and Local Authorities.
You will support the commissioning process and management of the acute contracts held between the Trust and commissioners and the Trust and other providers. You will also be responsible for responding to the monthly CCG/NHS England challenge letters working closely with colleagues.
Experience Needed
- Expert knowledge of the NHS commissioning/contracting environment
- Understanding of the current NHS policies and strategies
- Expert knowledge of NTPS
- Expert knowledge of the NHS Annual Planning process
- Knowledge of clinical data systems and the use of information and performance data in a contracting environment
