SCRUM MASTER- 12 MONTHS BRUSSELS (BELGIUM) FREELANCE
My client a large well-known banking client in Brussels are seeking a certified Scrum master for a long term freelance mission.
Role:
- To help a scrum team realize their challenging backlog/epic stories within time and quality.
- Lead a team of 6 developers, 2 testers and 2 functional analysts alongside a product owner.
- You will lead a team to the next level within agile and have ability to coach.
- You will monitor story content and scope drift in the correct way with the product owner.
Required
- 5+ years' experience working as a Scrum Master
- Knowledge of tools and technologies within software engineering (Java, Unix, Oracle)
- Good knowledge of agile principles
- Experience working in large organizations to help adopt Agile principles
- Ability to apply agile practices beyond a team.
- Must be scrum master certified
- Banking experience is ideal
- Must be fluent in English & Dutch.
