Description

Harvey Nash's client is recruiting for a Supplier Governance Analyst to work on-site for one of our financial services clients in central Glasgow. You will be part of a small team supporting the wider Procurement department in the overall running of the function within Innovation and Change. Responsibilities will include the preparation and analysis of a number of reports, liaising with various departments for data, information and evidence. This role will support the Standards & Metrics Manager in delivering and imbedding new/revised policies as required. The role holder will support the creations of appropriate tools, processes and procedures aimed at establishing minimum compliance standards and measuring compliance against these standards.

Essential criteria

* Proven Business Analysis/Business Readiness/Operations Experience

* Proven track record in supporting the delivery of change

* Experience of interacting with management across various levels in an organisation

* Proven track record of working as part of a team

* Ability to engage effectively across internal teams and external 3rd parties

* Willingness to operate in a flexible and demanding environment

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* High level of PC skills - specifically Excel

* Experience of Procurement software & tools.
