12 month contract based Dublin City Centre. IT Business Analyst. Must have experience in Agresso financial systems.
Work in an agile development environment by analysing, supporting, designing, implementing, and
testing new systems/applications as well as extending existing applications
Analyse and document business processes as they currently stand, finding ways to streamline them
and improve efficiencies
Create/extend functional specifications and facilitate workshops to assist the specification process
Participate in software implementations and drive business units to succeed in their plans, working
closely with vendors and internal stakeholders
Have technical involvement in projects (defining interfaces, reporting, authentication and etc.)
Liaise with Project managers, development team, testers and other BAs to resolve issues, carry out
system deployment and ensure the needs of users are met
Create functional and test documentation to enable to rollout of new systems/system
enhancements
Prepare and deliver training sessions where necessary to embed systems efficiently into BAU
Person Specification Essential
4+ years' experience in a similar role
Experience with relational Datamodelling, process mapping, data visualisation, reporting.
In-depth Knowledge of Core Financial Systems- such as Agresso- Business world
Ability to ramp up quickly, becoming established as the go-to business analyst within a small period
of time
Excellent communication and influencing skills - ability to work effectively at all levels of the
organisation
Third party vendor and customer management experience
