Overview of project:
Our client is looking for an IT Change Manager to review & assess the overall quality of specific change requests, help resolve scheduling conflicts in the forward schedule of changes and support their Change Advisory Board activities.
You'll join the IT Change Management team, where their goal is to minimize IT incidents resulting from the introduction of Changes in an agile environment. The main accountability areas are to support the organization in implementing complete and successful changes to the IT Services and to support the organization in implementing changes according to agreed lead times and manage changes in a time and cost-effective way.
The role is based in Gdynia.
The minimum requirements:
- Previous experience as a Change Manager
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Experience in working with Change or any type of IT Support/Service Desk
- Advanced knowledge of English is critical
