We are currently searching for strong candidates for a Security Architect - Birmingham, United Kingdom (Contract) for one of our major client.
Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Key Skills/Knowledge:
- A strong track record of developing security architectures
- Solid understanding of SDLC, including Agile methodologies
- Experience with a broad spectrum of technologies (including cloud variants and integrations)
- Ability to communicate technical requirements in solutions in business terms and contexts
- Relevant architecture qualification (such as SABSA or TOGAF), or equivalent experience
- Relevant security qualification(s), with a preference for CISSP
- Advanced knowledge/experience of security frameworks such as NIST, ISF, SABSA, etc.
Experience required:
- Architecture leadership within context of a large organisation with leading posture on cyber and resilience
- Broad and deep domain knowledge/experience of security architecture and broader architecture of a large and complex enterprise
- Communication skills and stakeholder management across a diverse range of stakeholders
- Use of control frameworks and risk management techniques in order to explain and mitigate risks
