I am working with a prestigious client based in the Netherlands seeking an accomplished Business Analyst. The role of the Business Analyst will be to offer different opinions on a specific problem and is a strong communicator with business and IT stakeholders. Furthermore, they will have a strong analytical mindset and able to realise the impact of requirements to business processes and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities/duties (what will the candidate be doing)
1. Analyse and steer on business requirements and objectives.
2. Act as facilitating process and requirement sessions
3. Stakeholder management skills
4.Assure that all relevant content captured during workshop/sessions is correctly and completely processes in the appropriate documentation
Key skills required
1. Business Analyst Experience
2. Project Management experience
3. Knowledge of operational processes is a must
4. Experience working with Lean Methodology
5. Dutch/English language skills is a must
