Solution Architect
Salt are looking for a solution architect to be based out of Zaragoza, Spain on a 6 Month initial contract. This will be implementing cutting edge tech solutions like cloud, big data and AI that will touch the lives of consumers and lead our business into the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing systems architectures in specific business or functional areas.
- Producing detailed component specifications and designs for selected products.
- Providing advice on technical aspects of system development and integration to ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of specific technical specialisms, and providing expert advice regarding their application.
- Staying informed of opportunities provided by new technology.
- Facilitating scoping and business priority setting for change initiatives.
- Obtaining agreement by stakeholders and recipients on the scope and requirements of a project.
- Investigates corporate data requirements, and applies data analysis, data modelling and quality assurance techniques, to establish, modify or maintain data structures and their associated components (entity descriptions, relationship descriptions, attribute definitions).
- Provides advice and guidance to database designers and others using the data structures and associated components.
- Delivers technical visualization of proposed applications for approval by customer and execution by system developers.
- Translating logical designs into physical designs, and producing detailed design documentation.
- Analyzing data requirements to establish, modify or maintain object/data models.
- Designing, coding, testing, and correcting programs and program modifications.
- Helping develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.

Education And Experience Required
- B.Sc. or similar in IT.
- 8+ years IT experience. At least 4+ in Solution Architecture.
- IT Skills: Microservices, Spring. PIM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
