Description
Our client, a provider of engineered products for industry, is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative. This is a Long Term Temporary Position, and can be full-time or part time. This individual will be responsible for quoting prices and communicating availability of products, receiving and processing orders, and informing customers and field sales of open order status and returns. This individual will be the primary inside contact and coordinator for Outside Sales Managers.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years prior Customer Service/Inside Sales Experience, preferably in an industrial or engineering environment
- Proven initiative and demonstrated drive in the field of Inside sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Quick study. Able to gain knowledge of engineered solutions and company products to be able to relate to company customers
