A government department in Sydney and Canberra seeks the Delivery Manager to be involved in delivery of digital transformation guidance.
Essential skills and experience
Experience in agile product management
Facilitating planning and estimation
A collaborative approach to working
Experience in delivering digital products and services
Pragmatically able to respond to changing needs
Motivate the team
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised and escalated
Problem solver and unblocker
Experience with content production and a range of CMS
Familiarity with online tracking tools (JIRA, GitHub Issues, Waffle, Trello, and so on)
Comfortable in a dynamic fast-moving environment
Experience handling budgets and facilitating travel
Desirable skills and experience
Experience in government and delivering products or services to the Digital Service Standard an advantage
Ability to work in co-located teams
Promote a positive creative culture and help to build a strong delivery reputation
The role requires the candidate to be an Australian Citizen and hold Baseline clearance prior to commencement.
