Description

To reinforce our team, we are looking for a Business & Functional Analyst fluent in English and French:

Your Responsabilities:

  • Analyze and decompose complex requirements
  • Engage the customers to obtain business requirements
  • Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation
  • Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed
  • Conduct workshop, take minutes and coordinate with stakeholders of different departments of the bank
  • Collaborates with development teams in ensuring that specifications are correctly understood and implemented
  • Analyze the existing interactions between key systems (existing Core Banking and Documentum) and highlight areas of improvement
  • Perform gap analysis between (existing Core Banking & Documentum, future T24 & Documentum) and recommend solutions
  • Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare diagrams/flowcharts (designs functional solution that meet the requirements)
  • Validate the functionality of the document management product according to the requirement specifications

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as functional analyst in ECM systems/domain in the Banking industry (mandatory)
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and French
  • Knowledge of the:
    • Banking processes
    • Experience with Agile & Waterfall projects
    • Architecture frameworks (eg Togaf)
    • Data modelling (design via HOPEX) and UML design for use case
    • T24
    • Data and process modelling
  • Soft Skills:
    • Analytical and investigation
    • Thorough knowledge of the area of specialization
    • Ability to understand the bigger picture
    • Good communication, both with technical and non-technical people
