Description

KYC Upgrade Front Office Supporter wanted for our Luxembourg based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Apprenticeship in a finance related discipline
  • Prior experience in a KYC File Remediation/Upgrade project, in private wealth management or in a Client Facing/Risk/Compliance function are beneficial
  • Good knowledge of the regulatory environment and client documentation standards
  • Detailed knowledge of Customer Due Diligence requirements
  • Excellent communicational and organisational skills coupled with the ability to build and maintain sound relationships with stakeholders
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Providing support to Relationship Managers to perform KYC upgrades updates in order to ensure appropriate documentation
  • Improving KYC documentation standards as part of a upgrade programme within the front office units
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests and client issues raised by the Relationship Managers
  • Coordinating with KYC Upgrade Specialists from the Compliance Department
  • Performing adverse media screening
  • Ensuring quality documentation of clients while adhering to internal guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements
