Description

Position Description:
To drive the development and implementation of a Continuous Improvement (C.I.) framework within GFS, managing performance reporting against SLA/OLA. The goal is to drive GFS to deliver world class processes, deliver excellent customer experience and achieve top quartile benchmark cost performance.

Primary Skills Required:
CCAB recognised professional qualification
Operational experience of process improvement projects
In-depth knowledge of R2R process and IT landscape

Experience Required:

Self-driven learner with an appetite for continuous professional and personal development Ability and willingness to travel -globally as required Continuous improvement mind set with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues using innovation Self-directed, works without the need for supervision Minimum 3-4 years within a similar role in a fast paced changing organisation In depth knowledge of lean, Six Sigma methodologies Keeps up to date with industry trends, and uses insight to inform decision making and influence others Continuous improvement mind CCAB recognised professional qualification Operational experience of process improvement projects In-depth knowledge of R2R process and IT landscape Strong planning capabilities being able to develop long term improvement plans to deliver performance improvement Proven analytical and problem solving skills Stakeholder management up.

The role is for 6 months at present but could be a rolling contract.
