As a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator, you'll support all aspects of the summer internship programme across divisions, including but not limited to: feedback collation, presentations and rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all aspects of the summer internship programme across divisions, including but not limited to: feedback collation, presentations and rotations
  • Attending and helping to plan events
  • Assisting Graduate Recruiters with interview schedules, greeting candidates, interview packs, running divisional exercises
  • Managing Invoice Process and Travel Expenses
  • Preparing events - book rooms, prepare badges, event packs, event setup (as required)
  • Responding to Graduate queries and requests via phone and email as required
  • Liaising with our immigration specialists at PWC to arrange visa requirements as necessary
  • Onboarding of all Interns and Graduates which will include offer letter creation, work permits, background screening checks, upload data to payroll and joiner process for system access

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent PC skills and ability to learn new applications quickly. Proficient in Lotus Notes, Word (incl mail merge), Excel, Access databases, PowerPoint. PeopleSoft Learning Management System is preferred, but not required
  • An attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with a good command of the English language
  • Confident in building and maintaining relationships with vendors and colleagues of varying levels of seniority
  • Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
