Description
My client seeks a Content Studio Manager to work alongside a Production Manager, Content Producer and small team of Screen Artists and Integrated designers. They will be responsible for the delivery and quality of work produced for the client. This is a key role within the team and as a result he/she will be responsible for quality control on a technical level, consistency and they will also work alongside key stakeholders to successfully complete projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the scope of work alongside the Production Director
- Ensure and manage the consistency of assets within the digital asset management system
- Mentor new team member to expand their skill sets for projects
- Organise and archive files for existing and closed projects
- Quality control on all deliverables
- Studio traffic management using Traffic Live
- Working with the Production Manager to ensure all briefs are ticketed correctly using Jira
Requirements
- 5+ years Studio Management experience troubleshooting and managing a team of integrated designers
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite's Photoshop/Illustrator skills
- Knowledge of image and production specific needs for image reproduction; including website builds, POS, Motion Graphics and email marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A meticulous, detail-oriented team player with exceptional organisational skills
- Self-motivated, flexible and process-driven but able to deal with rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Flexibility and ability to travel as required, sometimes for several weeks at a time
- Flexibility is key to this role as well as working beyond the 9: framework and occasionally on weekends
