Payer Analytics SME
Rate: $80 per hour
Location: US, Ridgefield CT
Duration: 12 Months

About the Role:
*Use payer, claims and formulary data to generate actionable insights for sales force
*Identify opportunities to improve access and formulary status
*Calculate ROI on payer initiatives
*Identify actions to improve payer performance
*Manage tasks and projects independently
*Work closely with teams such as payer, sales operations, marketing and Incentive Compensation (IC) teams
Requisite Skills:
*5+ years of prior work experience in payer space in healthcare or pharmaceutical companies
*Knowledge of US Healthcare system, Payers, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Pharma commercial analytics
*Prior experience with Payer ROI (return on investment)
*Strong hands on experience on payer related datasets such as Claims, Formulary (such as Fingertip, FIA), APLD, contract, Plantrak
*Hands on experience in SAS, R or SQL
*Some experience in forecasting
*Good problem solving skills
*Strong communication skills. Ability to present insights to stakeholders
