A global client is looking for a Workday Time & Absence specialist for a key role in a global Workday programme.
The key skill required for the role is the ability to work in the Time and Absence functional area. This is a pivotal role part of a major transformation programme.
The successful candidate will have exceptional experience with Workday Time & Absence module and thorough payroll knowledge.
Key responsibilities for the Workday Time & Absence Consultant (Payroll, HR, Integration)
- Confirm requirements and document agreed business requirements
- Assist with testing between Workday and payroll vendors
- Develop test scenarios
- Involved in project life cycle
Key experience for the Workday Time & Absence Consultant (Payroll, HR, Integration)
- Previous experience in Workday Time & Absence is critical
- Experience with full software development life cycle
- Understanding of HR and payroll functions
- Previous experience with working on projects with multiple workstreams
- Experience working with Vendors
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
