For our client located in Dusseldorf, we are currently looking for an IT Contract Manager

Start: 05.11.2018
End: 31.12.2018
Location: Düsseldorf
Remote: 1 day per week
Project language: English / German

Description:
- Perform contract management activities for English and German written IT outsourcing contracts
- Align and execute contract changes of IT-outsourcing contracts outsourcing, SaaS, cloud and other enterprise agreements) and supervise complete Contract Change Management Process
- Align and maintain the content of contracts, keep contracts updated and control the implementation, fulfilment and compliance by the service provider
- Act as the primary contact between project teams and/ or business units, procurement and legal department, ensuring that all legal, service descriptions and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
- Perform vendor management activities like preparing respective supplier review meetings incl. creation and evaluation of relationship surveys
- Development and integration of contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement
- Create Business value by steering costs and create innovative saving measures

Skills:
- Experience with IT Sourcing projects
- Experience with process management
- Experience with negotiations of IT enterprise agreements
- Contract Management experience
- Experienced as Vendor Manager
- Experience with English and German IT outsourcing contracts
- Experience with complete Contract Change Management Processes
- Experience with contract management tools
