Senior Project Manager.
Looking for a Senior Project Manager for a great project in Prague for an initial 3 months with potential extensions, the job spec is as follows:
Major Accountabilities
- Lead large or multiple projects, spanning modules and business processes.
- Manage large project delivery according to timelines, quality and budget.
- Responsible for managing the project and achieving its objectives.
- Manage project delivery according to timelines, quality, budget and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure proper project planning, managing transition between project streams.
- Familiar with system validation requirements and ensure a compliant implementation, always following existing validation framework and in alignment with quality experts.
- Adhere to defined management and delivery processes for IT projects and other policies relevant to the project scopes (eg CSV, Information Security).
- Lead project tollgates to get approval for progressing through the project life cycle.
- Report project status and raising issues to Steering Committee when help is need
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in area of Project management
- Ability to lead large sized or multiple smaller and highly complex projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in international environment
- Formal Project Management accreditation preferred (Prince2, PMP, CAPM, ICE etc.)
- Demonstrable leadership skills within a global Matrix organization and proven experience with strategic planning, risk management and change management
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office including ability to operate data in Excel and create presentations
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
