We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant (review governance model) for our client in Hannover
Start: ASAP / 5.11.2018
End: 31.12.2018
Location: Hannover
Language: English ; (preferred German speaking)
Background
After successfully driving an off-shore program in SAP Application management area for a year, we would like to execute for of the yearly reviews of our governance model. This review requires a senior conceptional view on things as well as an ability to objectively and critically identify possible (hidden) gaps in the governance model. Very important is of course a proactive approach to potential improvements and their integration into the model.
The tasks will be:
- Review current governance model
- Evaluate gaps
- Suggest improvements to the model
- Integrate the improvements into the model.
Task:
- Reporting (Incident, Change, Problem)
- KPIs
- Change requirement process
- Capacity management of the supplier (skill management, turnover rates etc.)
- On-boarding and off-boarding process of the supplier resources
- Strong communication skills Communication: Stakeholders, channels, tools
Skills:
- Strong experience in governance models
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge in Change, Incident and Problem management
- Experienced in driving change requirement process
- Experienced in Gap Analysis
- Language: Fluent english
- Very benefical to have German language skills
