IT Business Analyst Treasury / Regulatory Reporting

6-months contract
My Client is a Global Bank in need of an IT Business Analyst who has experience in Treasury or Regulatory Reporting. In this job located in Zurich you would be part of an international agile team.

Key responsibilities:

· Identifying and analysing business requirements

· Interacting directly with user/business, project manager, IT developers and other business customer to understand business requirements, objectives and specifications in the Treasury and Regulatory reporting for derivatives and secured funding area

· Active involvement in solution finding within the project (close collaboration with business and IT and other customers/stake holders)

· Supporting the development team on design, logic, architecture and testing - including interfaces from source to target applications according to architectural standards

· Documenting business requirements and specifications as per firm standards

· Acting as a key contact for business and IT on data and process related questions/issues within regulatory reporting and Treasury applications, processes and strategies

Essential Experience/Skills required for this job:

· Multiple years of experience as IT Business Analyst

· Experience in Treasury or Regulatory Reporting (data & process knowledge)

· Experience in derivatives, secured funding products or other banking products such as structured notes, loan commitments especially from a regulatory reporting perspective

· Data analysis skills (SQL would be an advantage)

· Technical know-how of DWH environment would be a plus

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (German would be a plus)
