- 5 Years experience managing the publication of complex reports;
- Support the production team in the drafting and production of the ESM annual report(s) and other publications;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
- Maintain overarching timelines for both manuscripts, as well as annexes and design elements
- Create the project artifacts required by the ESM project management methodology for each project (project closure, project status reports, and project resource capacity plan)
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering services related to complex publications with at least three references provided
