Profile
My client is looking for an operational risk manager with previous experience in risk management, analyses and implementation. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to work in an international and growing team within a large multinational bank. The team has a wide variety of cross functional responsibilities, so you should be adaptable to different departments within risk. You will work well with other departments and a wide variety of stakeholders - therefore good communications skills are essential for this role. You will develop and implement operational risk controls and recovery planning procedures. You should have previous experience working in the banking industry and be proficient in English. Following change in the local regulatory environment will be an important aspect of this role and as a result previous experience in regulatory risk will help the successful candidate.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in risk management within the banking industry
- Knowledge of operational risk
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Team-player
- University degree in finance, law or similar
- English, German beneficial.
