French Speaking IT Trainer - EXP of Win10/ O365
1 to 2 months rolling contract/£350 per day/London or Paris
A leading global professional services company based in London seek an experienced IT Trainer to work mainly from London, but to potentially cover parts of the UK and Europe (including travel and overnight stay - fully expensed), conducting training courses covering the likes of Windows 10 and Office 365/O365.
The French Speaking IT Trainer - EXP of Win10/O365, will form part of the IT Training team and you will represent the UK IT training function. You will assist to scope, deliver and manage first class IT training and work actively on a busy project team delivering to tight deadlines.
As the French Speaking IT Trainer - EXP of Win10/O365, you must have a strong IT Training background and have previously worked for large organisations developing/presenting similar type programmes. You will ideally have experience with SharePoint, MS Outlook and MS Office Suite along with other company specific IT tools and topics.
Typical job responsibilities for the IT Trainer - EXP of Win10/Office 365/O365, will include but not be limited to:
- Performing a training needs analysis.
- With the Lead IT Trainer develop training programs based on training needs and identified gaps in skill levels.
- Developing appropriate mix of formal and informal training and development activities based on learner needs and learning styles.
- Working with the Subject Matter Expert to develop the course material and other documents such has hand-outs, manuals/how-to guides, exercises, tips and tricks and best practices.
- Planning and scheduling the training (working with the PMO).
- Preparing the learning resources including setting up IT equipment, if needed.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the training programmes.
- Maintaining training records and providing periodic reports on training statistics.
The scope of the project and training schedule will be something that you will be helping to establish at the beginning of the project.
